Tim Edwards, president of Distinctive Modular Homebuilders, has been working with modular homes for more than 30 years, currently representing KBS Building Systems. Apprenticing under his father before building his first homes in 1972, Tim provides personal service and experience that strives to work on your budget and schedule.
