This is step 1 which is the prepared lot

This is the basement which has already been prepared and is waiting for the modular home to be placed on it.

The first piece of the home is then lowered onto the foundation

Here we see the back of the first section after it has been lowered onto the foundation



Figure 5
The second section (B) is layed on the foundation next to section 1. They are then joined together.

If the plans call for a second story, those pieces are layed on top of the base pieces and joined together.



Figure 7
After all the pieces are joined together, the roof and any remaining siding are put on the home.



Figure 8
Once all the pieces are assembled and the roof and siding are complete, the home is ready for interior finish work.
