- Can I contact some of your previous customers?
We do have photos of modular homes being built and the finished product here at our Model Center. However, we don't give out specific customer information. When appropriate a full list of references can be provided.
- What is included in a DMHB modular package?
For a complete list of what's included and what is not, please visit our What's Included page. If you have a specific question about whether an item is included in the package but do not see it listed, please contact us.
- What is the warranty on a home?
The warranty is 1 year full coverage, 10 year structural coverage by 2-10 Warranty Corp.
- How long does it take for the home to be built once it is ordered?
Typically we quote 6 weeks for delivery and 6 - 8 weeks to finish. However, this does not count winter days which can delay delivery or completion.
- Can a home be built from plans other than ones you provide?
Yes. If you work with us to convert to modular sizes we can usually accommodate almost all customer requirements.
- Is financing a modular home different than a traditional purchase or build?
Not usually. Most banks are very "Modular Friendly" now. They recognize that modular homes meet and exceed all building codes and feel comfortable knowing that the house will be 80% or better completed on the day of the "set". |
