We, at the Model Home Center, work with a great many people at any given time. If you own a buildable lot or are bidding on one, we will assist you as quickly as possible. Distinctive Modular Home Builders LLC respects your needs and will set up private meetings to work with your schedules. If you do not have a lot and are looking to see our product, you are welcome to visit us at the model center. When you have a lot and are ready to build, we will schedule all the time and assistance needed. Thank you.

Fill out the information on our information request form. Submit that application to Tim Edwards at Distinctive Modular. We will work with your information you send us and call you to set up an appointment.

A $1,500 non-refundable retainer is all that is necessary to start necessary plans and pricing from Chelsea Modular for a custom modular home. Both Mr. & Mrs. Edwards will be at the meeting to answer all the questions you may have. We will work with you on your plans while keeping your budget in mind all through the process.
